    About This Study

Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) is a kidney disease that slowly gets worse over time. It damages the tiny filters in the kidneys, causing scars and making the filters leaky. This lets protein leak into the urine. The purpose of this study is to learn more about a new medicine for this disease. Our researchers want to see if it can lower the amount of protein in the urine and help slow kidney damage when taken with a common blood pressure medicine called an ARB.
