About This Study
The purpose of this study is to test a new medicine called remibrutinib to see if it can help slow down secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (SPMS). Participants will receive either the study medicine or a placebo (a pill with no active medicine) during the first part of the study. Researchers hope this study will help find new treatment options for people living with SPMS.
