Testing a New App for Radiation Skin Rash in Head and Neck Cancer Patients

We want to learn about a new mobile app called MyCap for people with head and neck cancer who are getting radiation therapy. The study will check if the app can collect information about skin rashes caused by radiation. Volunteers will need to use their own mobile device to access the app. You are invited to join this study because you have head and neck cancer and will get radiation therapy.

Studying the Drug Bomedemstat for Patients with Essential Thrombocythemia

The goal of this study is to learn more about a drug called Bomedemstat. We want to find out if this drug is safe and helpful for people with a rare blood disease called essential thrombocythemia. We also want to see how this drug compares to the best treatments available for this disease.

Comparing Two Treatments for Breast Cancer after Surgery

The goal of this study is to test a new treatment for a type of breast cancer called high-risk early triple-negative breast cancer. We want to see if using the drugs sacituzumab govitecan and pembrolizumab together can treat cancer that is still there after surgery and keep it from coming back. The researchers will compare this to using pembrolizumab alone or with another drug called capecitabine.

Testing the Study Drug Navtemadlin for Patients with Myelofibrosis

This study aims to find out more about using the drug navtemadlin with ruxolitinib. We want to see if these drugs together are safe and helpful for treating myelofibrosis. We also want to know if navtemadlin can help patients who don't improve with just ruxolitinib.
