The purpose of this study is to test a new treatment called YTB323 for people with generalized myasthenia gravis. We want to see if YTB323 is safe and helps improve muscle strength. Participants will receive the treatment through an IV infusion.
The purpose of this study is to learn more about the study drug AOC 1001. We want to see how safe and useful the study drug is for the treatment of myotonic dystrophy type 1.
