Studying a New Pneumococcal Disease Vaccine Among Healthy Toddlers
Your child is being asked to join this study because they are healthy, between 12 to 15 months old, and have had 3 doses of Prevnar 20®. The study will test a new vaccine to see if it can protect against a germ that causes infections in children. The goal is to check if the vaccine is safe and helps the body make antibodies to fight the germ.

Studying Causes of Heart Failure
This purpose of this study is to understand what causes heart failure. Some people with early-stage heart failure might not know they have it because they feel fine, while others may have many or few symptoms. We want to learn why some people get heart failure and how to better classify it for targeted treatments. We are recruiting volunteers with and without heart failure to learn more.

Preventing Chickenpox Among Children
The purpose of this study is to learn more about a new chickenpox vaccine for young children. Chickenpox, also called varicella, is common in children and can cause fever, itchy rashes, and serious infections. Doctors have safely used chickenpox vaccines in children for many years, but there is currently only one option available. This study will help researchers see how well a new vaccine works compared to the one already in use.

Studying Factors for Successful Knee Injury Recovery in Athletes
The purpose of this research study is to find out what helps our patients recover well after a knee ligament injury and surgery. We are looking for healthy volunteers who participate in organized sports, have not hurt their knees before, and have not had surgery on their spine, hip, knee, ankle, or foot. If you volunteer for this study, you will need to come for a single visit lasting about 2 hours. We will contact you for up to 2 years to see if you get any injuries. This study will help researchers learn new information that may help others in the future.

Comparing Two COVID-19 Vaccines in Healthy Adults
The purpose of this study is to compare two trial COVID-19 vaccines. We want to see if they are safe and if they help prevent COVID-19 in healthy adults aged 50 to 64. Volunteers in the study will get either one of the trial vaccines or a placebo (a shot with no vaccine). We will compare how well the vaccines work and check for any side effects.
