    About This Study

    The purpose of this study is to learn more about how early life exposures can affect a child's or young adult's health. These exposures can include different things such as medications and foods. This study will be done completely online. The required baby tooth and saliva samples will be sent in using prepaid envelopes.

    A child or young adult that has been seen at an Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist pediatric specialty clinic. Must have at least one of the child/young adult's baby teeth to donate. Parent/guardian will need to collect a small saliva sample from the child/young adult at home. Parent/guardian will also need to complete online surveys about pregnancy, early life exposures, medical history. Data such as age, gender, race, and ethnicity will be requested also.
