About This Study
The purpose of this study is to learn more about aspirin use during pregnancy. We want to see if using more aspirin can help lower the chance of having a baby too early or stillborn. Our researchers will compare two different aspirin doses to see which works better for moms and babies. We are looking for volunteers who are between 10 and almost 16 weeks pregnant and who have had a baby born more than five weeks early in the past.
