About This Study
The purpose of this study is to see if a medicine called Xeomin, given as an injection in the arm, helps people who had a stroke walk better and keep their balance. The study will use simple movement tests and a small device to measure how people walk. The goal is to learn if this treatment can help people move more easily after a stroke.
